I'm aiming for at least 6 inches by next spring (April, May), and I want to keep my ends healthy so I won't be forced to cut again sad.gif

Daily Supplements

2 Ultra Hair Tablets

1 Ultra Hair Thick Shake Drink

Products and Styling

Shampoo and deep condition under a heating cap once a week with Tropical Wheat Germ Shampoo and Conditioner.

Rollerset with water and a touch of Sedal Anti-Frizz leave-in conditioner, dry under my ionic hood dryer, and apply NTM Serum when dry

Apply MTG to scalp every other day

Moisturize ends religiously with coconut oil (morning and night)

Attempt to pincurl at night so I can just fingercomb in the morning

I will NOT go to sleep without a satin bonnet or scarf on my head

Touch-Ups

Touch-up every 8 weeks with Motions Oil Mild relaxer, then follow with Silk Protein Conditioner

I will dust my ends only if needed

I'm starting this process today, so I'm going to do my best to stick with it smile.gif
blaxy
That's fairly easy, except for all the supplements....good luck!

Simple regimens are the best
Mochalolita
Thanks ladies smile.gif

Well...so far I've been doing well with the supplements...and I started the MTG Saturday and did it again tonight...

But I'm not using the Sedal anymore...I've discovered Nacidit Leave-In...makes my hair feel soft, and it gives so much slip that it's perfect when I rollerset smile.gif

I'm still using the Wheat Germ Conditioner, but I've added Miss Key 10 en 1 as well. Love those in combination and alone...

So far, so good!
Britt
Hey Mocha!
Which Nacidit leave in are you referring too? Is it also moisturizing?

I looked at the bottle, and all it says is Nacidit Leave In Conditioner...it's a purplish color, and it's thick and creamy. It feels verrrrryyyy moisturizing on my hair...it hasn't looked this nice in weeks smile.gif
Mochalolita
I've changed a couple of things in my regimen for the new year...I'm going to do my best to stick to it...

Daily Supplements

2 Ultra Hair Tablets

1 Ultra Hair Thick Shake Drink

Products and Styling

Shampoo and deep condition twice a week with Silicon Mix Shampoo and either Silicon Mix Conditioner or ORS Replenishing Pak

Rollerset with water and Nacidit Leave in, sit under soft bonnet dryer until completely dry.

Apply either coconut oil (Summertime) or Natural Oasis Oil (Wintertime) throughout hair, focusing on the ends. Will do this immediately after drying and twice a day, morning and night.

Apply MTG to scalp every other day

At night, I will either pincurl or loosely wrap for a straighter style, always covering with either a satin bonnet or satin scarf.

Touch-Ups

Touch-up every 8 weeks with Motions Oil Mild relaxer, then follow with Silk Protein Conditioner

I will dust my ends only if needed

I'm a slacker...pure and simple. The washing and rollersetting is going fine...it's the supplement part that I can't keep up with. So I'm going to use this little space to keep track of the supplements that I take daily, so I can keep with them and make sure that I stay on point. Don't mind me! I'm renewing my 30 day challenges (Vitamins/Hair Shake, Surge) starting today smile.gif

March 26- Hair Shake, Vitamins, Surge/MTG complete
Mochalolita
So I changed things a bit because I'm lazy and inconsistent about life, lol...

Daily Supplements

1 Centrum Chewable Multivitamin

Products and Styling

Shampoo and deep condition once a week with CON and a combination of Silicon Mix and ORSRP

Rollerset with Surge Moisture Plus and sit under bonnet dryer until completely dry

Apply Hollywood Olive Oil to ends and apply NeoAF to scalp nightly

At night, I will either pincurl or loosely wrap for a straighter style, always covering with either a satin bonnet or satin scarf.

Touch-Ups

Touch-up every 8 weeks with Motions Oil Mild relaxer, then follow with Silk Protein Conditioner

I will dust my ends only if needed

I guess I should update this now since I've switched things up a bit...

Rollerset with NTM Triple Moisture serum and sit under bonnet dryer until completely dry

Apply MTG/NM mix once a week after washing, apply NTM to ends every morning and night

At night, I will either pincurl or loosely wrap for a straighter style, always covering with either a satin bonnet or satin scarf.

I will dust my ends only if needed

im soooo nervous about taking alot of MSM or any pill in general, my pills of MSM that i got from GNC said take two to three times a day and it comes in 1000mg/pill.... are there any side effects to taking the dosage you take besides headaches, and are you noticing alot of growth?

I haven't had any side effects at all from it. The only time I got headaches was when I first started taking it, and again when I tried to bump the dose up too quickly. When I dropped it back down and eased it up slowly, no headaches, and I haven't had any since. As for growth, when I took my rollers out last night, my new growth looked to be almost an inch unstretched. I don't know if I can attribute that solely to the MSM because I incorporated MTG/MN last week, but to give you a frame of reference, my last touch up was on September 24 smile.gif HTH!

Wow...I didn't realize that I hadn't updated this in so long...not a lot of changes though...

Daily Supplements

Ultra Thick Hair Protein Shake in the morning

1 Tablespoon of Liquid Vitamin B Complex with Iron in the Morning

8 grams (give or take) of MSM in water throughout the day

2 Tablespoons of Liquid Multivitamin at night

1 cup of horsetail tea three times a day (when I remember)

Products and Styling

Shampoo and deep condition once a week with CON and ORSRP or CON conditioner

Rollerset with NTM Triple Moisture serum and sit under bonnet dryer until completely dry

Surge 14 Plus applied twice a day

Surge Motion Lotion #9 applied to ends morning and night

During the day, I bun out of sheer laziness. At night, I will either pincurl or loosely wrap for a straighter style, always covering with either a satin bonnet or satin scarf.

Touch-Ups

Touch-up every 8 weeks with Motions Oil Mild relaxer, follow with Silk Protein Conditioner, then deep condition and rollerset like usual

I will dust my ends only if needed

I've been on this regimen for a little bit now, and it's not terribly involving. I've seen good progress with it, so I doubt that I'll be changing it anytime soon smile.gif

It tastes bitter, but I always use crystal light flavor packs...it dissolves very quickly smile.gif

Mochalolita
I use a no-name brand that I ordered off Ebay, lol...I think it's called Nutriture (don't have the container with me). I purged for about 3 weeks before everything started to settle down smile.gif
